The translation of the Hawvawd study? DUH! (Bring on the Fireworks!)

By John Kubicek

Seriously, I can not make this stuff up! While in the process of working on another blog story, "Occupied Nation ~ By Patrice Lewis," on Sunday morning, a subject came up on Fox & Friends Sunday that took me by surprise.  I had not heard about this before Sunday. Isn't it interesting that it came out right before the July 4th holiday weekend?  Surely, it was just ironic coincidence.   Here is that great segment from Fox & Friends:

From U.S. News, on June 30, 2011, "Harvard: July 4th Parades Are Right-Wing" by Paul Bedard:
"The political right has been more successful in appropriating American patriotism and its symbols during the 20th century. Survey evidence also confirms that Republicans consider themselves more patriotic than Democrats. According to this interpretation, there is a political congruence between the patriotism promoted on Fourth of July and the values associated with the Republican party. Fourth of July celebrations in Republican dominated counties may thus be more politically biased events that socialize children into Republicans," write Harvard Kennedy School Assistant Professor David Yanagizawa-Drott and Bocconi University Assistant Professor Andreas Madestam.
How long did U.S. News hang on to this story before they published it? And we must also ask, was it held until a Thursday, just before a long holiday weekend, for a reason?  I realized right off the bat that the answer would be yes.  The best way to make sure a story doesn't get much coverage is to be putting it out just before a holiday weekend, and during the conclusion of the Casey Anderson trial!  Who in their right mind would want those Harvard professors to undergo a lot of well deserved ridicule for such a lame study of something that would only take common sense to figure out, leading to such an idiotic analysis of the survey results?  DUH!

The obvious facts are that seriously liberal Americans do not celebrate America's independence, and patriotism is a dirty word to them.  Therefor, it could be reasonably concluded that the two Hawvawd professors were only looking for a way to denigrate the part of the population that celebrates the Fourth of July with parades and fireworks.  That isn't even shocking news, is it?  DUH!

The most ironic part of this story is that those professors that are paid the big money for being so "smart" don't even get it!  Do they not realize that many of the people in the Democratic Party also celebrate on July 4? When those pinheads say, "How dare you Democrats be so patriotic?", this has to make the majority of the Democrats feel really happy to be categorized in such a derogatory way so that the liberal leadership could complain about the divisive activities during the Independence Day festivities! I would call it alienation on steroids.  DUH!

Here is my answer to the "Hawvawd" study! Are you ready for this?

~ The above video is from the finale to the fireworks in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on July 4, 2011. ~

To the patriots throughout this country, from sea to shining sea, whether Democrats or Independents, welcome to the GOP!  If you got the chills running through your spine while watching the above video, I'll see you at the next Tea Party rally.  I'm just sayin'...

Victoria Jackson is Jazzed for the Tea Party and Sarah Palin!

By John Kubicek

I don't want to brag, but like Victoria Jackson, I must also be prescient. When I posted the following video on youtube, I called it right. I knew what the results would be. Here is what I wrote in the video description:
I'll just tell you this right now, the left will make something of this segment. I guarantee it. And they will say things that wouldn't be politically correct, except then they are being hypocritical. But, watch them try to smear the Tea Party Movement, and just watch for the fact that they will try to deflect the blame on us, the Tea Party movement, We the People, the MOB. You will find the most intolerance ever known to the internet once the progressives (the left) see this video. Be prepared for some hateful vitriol. We know who they are, and WE SURROUND THEM!!!
And if you want to see how prescient I was, just read some of the comments that were posted at the video. (Unfortunately, I must warn you, there will be some very vulgar language, and probably even saltier than what Joe Biden said to Barack HUSSEIN Obama the other night. But then, what would you expect from Progressives?)

Now, here is the video that you need to see:

Now, of course, you know that I'm not really prescient. It was really just a matter of knowing that is how the left reacts to anything that threatens their progressive Marxist religion. Back last summer, during the Congressional August break and the Town Hall meetings, you heard people like Nancy Pelosi claim that the tea partiers were a bunch of Nazi thugs, that we were a mob. And don't forget Janeanne Garofalo's profane vitriol, calling WE the People a bunch of "teabaggers." (For those that don't know, that's slang for something I don't feel is appropriate to mention here.)

Never forget that the Progressive left (the Commies) will continue to do all they can to discredit the Tea Party Movement, to constantly disparage and marginalize us. It's the way they've been taught, whether from some liberal college professor, or by reading Saul Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals."

I don't know if somebody at Fox News was trying to set up the Tea Partiers by getting Victoria on this segment about the Tea Party Express rally in Searchlight, Nevada (home town of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, who is going to get trounced in November), in order to marginalize us. That does seem to be a possibility, however. But it doesn't matter. The only people that would criticize Victoria and this video, would of course be - who else? - Progressives. And for that reason, I posted the video, knowing that it would draw them out, and you could see for yourselves what the opposition to freedom is really like. And, it frightens me that people like the Godless heathens who write the vitriolic comments are the same kind of people that are now running this country (into the ground).

Victoria may be just a little goofy, but you have to admire her love for this country and the fact that she is a true patriot and freedom fighter, who is just telling it like it is. And I am going to stand up for her, and with her.

The Silencing of the Sheeple

By John Kubicek

I came up with the idea for this writing when I saw the following segment on Fox & Friends:

We all know that eventually, as we age, we come down with the CRS (Can't Remember Stuff) disease, but I was able to remember when those that protested the War In Iraq complained about being called unpatriotic because they disagreed with the war effort, especially in Iraq. That was back in the days when people still remembered the horrors of 9/11, and of course, anyone that complained about the course of action was just so unpatriotic. They were un-American. They were demonized. And the war protesters made a valid point that it was their right to speak out - even if they were part of the Code Pink minions.

But, isn't it weird that those same people, those who claimed their rights to speak up were being taken away, seem to be the same people that are now calling the Town Hall dissenters "mobs," and Tea Party participants "teabaggers?" The same mainstream media that criticized the Bush administration for calling those that dissented against the War on Terror as being unpatriotic, are now calling people that voice their dissent on health care reform (known as ObamaCare), "un-American."

Being called "un-American" isn't the only thing that we are now hearing about those that go to the town hall meetngs to stand up and speak up:

(Thanks to glennbeckclips at youtube.com and glennbeckclips.com for this video!)

A few days ago, Joseph Farah wrote a column, "'Ridicule is man's most potent weapon'," where he explains why Saul Alinsky's fifth rule in his "Rules For Radicals" doesn't always work:
But I have news for the late Saul Alinsky. Those tactics may have served well the extremists of the past – in the short run. However, the ridicule of this campaign has been so over the top, so pervasive, so malignant and so obvious, it has backfired. The rules for radicals work well when radicals are not running things. But when the inmates take over the asylum, as they have in this country in the last six months, the old tactics of intimidation simply allow more people to see through the looking glass.
There are some in the media that aren't going to be reined in like good little sheeple. And it is apparent that the ridicule won't stop some citizens from speaking up, and saying what they want to say to the politicians at the town hall meetings.

So, when ridicule doesn't work to silence the sheeple, the big question is, what tactics will those in D.C. and their state-run media use to quell the dissent? No, they wouldn't resort to thuggery, would they? Ah, c'mon, it would be crazy to believe that would ever happen! Oh, wait...

(Thanks to pesank at youtube.com for this video!)

When the tea party rallies were taking place last spring, the radical left occupying the White House, the liberals in Congress, and the state-run media claimed that those who attended were organized by the Republican Party or FoxNews. And let's not forget the maligning ridicule such as Janine Garofalo's name-calling, using the derogatory label of "tea-baggers." Janet Napolitano's Department of Homeland Security then added to the cacophony, with the report that claimed most of the people with Conservative values were right-wing extremists and a domestic terrorist threat.

Add those events to what is now going on at the town hall meetings regarding Health Care Reform (ObamaCare), there seems to be a frightening pattern of malignment of those who wish to speak up. As seen above, when the claims of those who are speaking up were manufactured ("astroturf") - organized "mobs" - didn't work, they moved on to claiming that the people speaking up at the town hall meetings were racists, and even dangerous. It even went to the point, as in Mike Sola's case, where he received a threat to him and/or his family after he had confronted Rep. John Dingell (D-MI). The question is now, will the tactics of the left be escalated any further?

Unfortunately, there is an answer to that question which sends chills up my spine. You see, the Obama administration and the leftist crew in Congress have an agenda. They are determined to see that agenda get passed into law. It's pretty apparent to us these days that the "sheeple" are not going to be allowed to get in the way. I believe that the radical left will stoop even lower in order to silence any dissent. I know it may sound outrageous, but I am beginning to believe that the Obama minions will do what ever it takes. That's just my opinion, but certainly seems plausible, considering all that is at stake.

It would only take one act of violence at one of the town hall meetings, by somebody that could be tied to any "right-wing extremist group" - what is called a "patsy" - and all of us sheeple who dissent will be discredited. Worse yet, it could give our goverment an excuse to suspend many of our rights, especially our 1st Amendment rights.

Freedom is important, and I do not want you to forget. So, let me just remind those of you that may have forgotten what tyranny is all about.
