Can the 15 Seconds of Fame Live On?

Whether it is 15 seconds or 15 minutes, it seems that many of us tend to desire that short amount of time that we receive in the way of attention. And, while you think about that, let me add, is it anything that will be remembered much beyond that moment in time? I didn't think so.

But let me tell you, there are those times when 15 seconds in time WILL be remembered! Moments in history are occassionally made in a very short amount of time. This is one:

Now, there is a video that you'll see over and over. It will be part of the history of this country, when America is deciding who to elect. "Oh," you say, "how could a short 15 seconds make any difference?"

I'll answer that for you. I know that the speech of Sarah Palin at the Republican National Convention touched a lot of people, and I know that it was from a sincere heart. And, that is what is driving the left-wing drive-by media and politicians crazy. They will never get past this one little fifteen second scene. You see, this was just a natural moment, it wasn't scripted; it just happened. This, as compared to two cute little daughters standing on a stage, waving to their daddy on a big screen TV, as he mixed up where he was. First he was in St. Louis, then he suddenly transported back over to Kansas City. Remember that? Hey, I'm sure the Obamassiah was counting on his cute little daughters to deflect the stupid gaff. Right? Not for a moment. Not for 15 seconds.

What little Piper and Trig did was to remind people that their mom represents one of us in Middle-America clinging to our Bibles and guns. She's for real. The real deal. Yes, that 15 seconds of fame will live on.

Just in case you missed it

If you were watching the Republican National Convention last week, there may have been a couple things that you missed. Of course, I'm sure that you would be able to make your choice on who to vote for without seeing either of these videos...

Well, I would hope so.

But, just in case you happened to have missed these, or want to see them again, I felt I should provide these to you for your absolute enjoyment! And for even further pleasure, be sure to show these to your friends and family, especially the liberal ones! Both of these videos are great and help show Sarah Palin's personal side.

The first video is the RNC Video Montage of Sarah Palin. This Montage was supposed to have been shown just before Sarah's speech, however, Rudy Guiliani's speech went longer than expected, so they skipped showing the video. Instead, the RNC provided the video montage to the media outlets so it could be shown later:

The second video shows Piper Palin, Sarah's youngest daughter, as she spit shines Trigs hair during her mom's tremendous speech. I guess that not all of the networks caught this scene as they panned the audience during the speech, which is why you may not have seen this video:
