Lost at sea? So ... I may be a "deather"?

I do not buy into most conspiracy theories, unless... umm...

Maybe it's just me, wondering about very strange changes in the original storyline put out by - who else - President Barry.

If you haven't noticed, all of the Press - even Fox News - has made the claim that there is no question that the raid on Obama's "crib" took place, he is dead, and he sleeps with the fish. No doubt. No questions, at least from anyone that claims to be part of the media. And it has been made clear that anyone that even mentions that there could be a doubt, is... well, they are currently being dubbed as "deathers."

But wait, even al Qaida (or is that al Qaeda?) put out a statement that Obam... Again, sorry, I mean Osama - is dead! That has to settle it, right? I mean, really, if al Qaida says it, it has to be true... umm... right?  Of course! Because, when Osama ... I mean Obama... says it, it has to be true.  Especially when he had just finally released his birth certificate! No questions there, either! ... Right?

Let's just put it this way: How would the terror group know it for sure? What kind of evidence do they have that we have no knowledge of (yet)? We haven't seen any photos or actual video, the body was given a burial at sea (within a couple hours after the announcement by President Barry, by the way), and the storyline seems to keep morphing before our eyes. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't President Barry mention that there was a forty minute firefight, along with other major details that have been changing almost on an hourly basis? Every time that I see or listen to the network news, something changes.

We're just supposed to take their (the government's) word for it. The media tells us to. So, what kind of evidence does the media have that we have no knowledge of?

Wait a minute... If the press knows more than we do, why would they have not broken the story yet?

It isn't my fault that I have any lingering doubts! I was just getting ready to start celebrating after the announcement by President Barry a week ago, but then I heard that the bin Laden corpse was "buried at sea" to honor his Islamic religious beliefs. WHAT?  I don't know why, but red flags started coming up all over the place. My celebratory mood began transforming into skepticism.

Yes, I'm guilty of holding back this column because I didn't want to burst your bubble while I rained on the parades! I didn't want this one to be the buzz kill. I didn't want to spread any kind of new conspiracy theories, and I held off while the story developed.  I really was hoping that I would see something that would convince me beyond a shadow of a doubt. Well, actually, I haven't, which is why I'm writing this column.

But obviously, the media is buying into the government storyline, no questions asked. Why? Because all they want is for Barry's ratings to climb back up? Or wait, it could be an excellent plan - to actually defeat the enemy - by making them believe that we would take such a bold move to kill Obam... oops, did it again - to kill Osama bin Laden (aka UBL), in Pakistan, without their knowledge.

I'm confused. Why wouldn't we want to take Osama alive? Just look at all the intelligence we got from Khaleid Sheik Mohammed (KSM), some of which helped to allegedly find and kill Osama bin Laden.

Isn't it kind of weird that Navy SEALs had been put through military court because of an assault on a terrorist that was captured in Iraq, but an unarmed Osama bin Laden could be shot and killed, and that's cool with Eric Holder and JAG?

I'll be called a "deather" because I asked questions. I never said that UBL wasn't killed, or that the whole story was a lie. Osama bin Laden may or may not be dead. I don't really know for sure. Do you? Shouldn't Donald Trump be asking for a death certificate?

The War They Won't Admit We're Fighting

Let's see, now, according to the Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, events such as explosive devices that kill and maim people are not acts of terror, but just man-caused disasters. Attacks on Americans, whether on military personnel or civilians, are now criminal acts. Let's close Gitmo, it's recruiting material for the enemy. We should be trying terrorists responsible for 9/11 in New York City with all the rights of any American facing trial. Let's try sending captured enemy combatants to a prison in our heartland, or better yet, back to Yemen where the last attempted attack, on Flight 253, apparently originated...

Does it not seem that the Obama regime won't admit we're actually in a war? Or is it that they just don't know how to fight a war? When it comes to fighting enemies of America from foreign lands that want to destroy us, I really have my doubts about our President's fortitude, tenacity, and desire to vanquish the enemies of freedom and Western culture. But, hey, maybe that is not the war that really matters to them, the progressives. Our dear leader has his allies, and they are much more focused on winning more time in power. Their agenda is the all important spoils of war, our dependence on a government over the people, and not of the people.

It's very disconcerting to be finally understanding that there are people that are fighting a war here at home. It's a political war. It's even a spiritual war. It is the government against "We the People." They are willing to stoop to all-new levels of division, not diversity. By utilizing the politics of class envy, and creating resentment and the sense of entitlement, they divide us. We the People, once united in preserving our freedom, are now divided, and ready and willing to turn on each other, rather than those that want total control over us.

The war machine of the progressive left is not focused on fighting terrorism and the true threat to our freedom from those who aggressively desire to annihilate Western culture. It could be easily proven that their real focus is on crushing freedom of speech, the 1st Amendment, by vicious attacks on Conservative talk radio hosts and Fox News, the very threats to their evil agenda.

At one time, the media was one of the main reasons that we were able to fight the Evil Axis of Germany, Japan and Italy. During World War II, Hollywood actually produced films that promoted victory and preservation of the American Way. How much that has changed! Now, Hollywood (now known as Hollyweird) and the state-run mainstream media is used to ridicule and denigrate those that question the motives of those that control the White House and Congress.

Whenever those of us on the Conservative side find new potential leaders, the ridicule dial gets ramped up, to where our heroes are portrayed as wing-nut buffoons. You've witnessed what the leftist media tried to do to Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Joe "The Plumber" Wurzlebacher, Rep. Michele Bachman, and of course Rush Limbaugh... The list could go on forever, but I'll still remind you of how they treated the "Birthers," those of us that won't able to close the books on Barack Hussein Obama's Constitutional eligibility to be our commander-in-chief until he makes certain official records available.

While the current powers now controlling (using Chicago-style politics) the belt-way won't ever admit that we're fighting an enemy that wants to eliminate America as an obstacle to their eventual worldwide caliphate, I'll guarantee you that they will also dismiss any discussion that the actual agenda is for their achievement of ultimate power over our lives, from cradle to grave. Why, that would just be crazy-talk. Those of us that question them, let alone mention that there's a real war that they want to win - the one against "We the People" - may find ourselves further up on the list of enemies-of-the-state. And getting on the "no-fly list" could be the least of our problems.

The "war" is on! And, hey, sorry about making you feel uneasy about who our government considers to be "enemy combatants." Maybe it's just me.

Saluting Our Veterans, Past and Present

Just before Veteran's Day this year, there is a shooting at Fort Hood in Texas. Anger and frustration has built up in me as I followed this story from the day it occurred. The Obama administration hesitates to call it what it is, an act of terrorism. While the terrorist that did the shooting fits completely into the mold of the very people that we are fighting on two fronts, Iraq and Afghanistan, the administration tries to make it out to be somebody that just snapped.

And then, there was the way the President handled the initial press conference following the attack at Fort Hood, where he spends the first several moments of the press conference giving jovial shout-outs to his constituents.

But, my aggravation grew immensely, as over the next few days, I start learning how it was another case of the government dropping the ball. Once again, just like before 9/11, we find out that intelligence officials and law enforcement couldn't coordinate and connect the dots with all of the information that they already had. In just the FBI alone, those that knew that Nidal Hasan was being watched could not or did not communicate with those that did the background check when the murder weapons (guns) were being purchased.

My patience with the way the President is handling the War On Terror ran completely out this morning. It turns out that the President wants to go "back to the drawing board" to decide what to do with Afghanistan. That was just this morning. You can check it out for yourself.

There just isn't any problem in thinking at this time that President Barack Obama has no clue in how to run a war. In fact, after the way he has handled the act of terrorism at Fort Hood, he doesn't even have a clue in how to boost the morale of the troops. No, in fact, I really can't see any way our military would be encouraged by Obama's actions, and lack of action.

In order to keep my sanity, I decided to put together a few videos that I've put up on youtube.com over the last year, beginning with a tribute for Veterans Day a year ago. Our military needs to know that WE care about them. WE the People know and understand the veteran's courage, service and sacrifice.

The following videos may have been posted by me, but I want our current and past military service members to know that it took all of the people involved in the videos, and all of you, to make these clips possible. Thank God that we have patriots in the civilian population that believe in the patriots and heroes in the military. Putting this video montage together was my relatively meager attempt to say thanks to our Veterans and those now serving to protect our freedom.

Last Week on TheREALjohnny2k - 11/02 through 11/08/09

I apologize for a little delay in getting done with this weeks installment of Last Week on TheREALjohnny2k. I had to take Monday off for some post-op outpatient recovery time.

As it turned out, there was no shortage of events and issues that I tried to cover last week, and it was almost overwhelming. There was no shortage of clips that I had collected regarding the House vote on the health care scam last Saturday in the dead of night. There wouldn't have been time for me to post all of them to youtube, and you wouldn't have the time to watch them all, either. However, I didn't entirely push the issue aside, being that there are episodes for you to see below where some important people give some excellent commentary about what the Health Care legislation is REALLY about - and it ain't about your health. (The correct answer would be: Government control of your life from cradle to grave.)

What I humbly was wrong about, in the initial moments when the news was breaking on the tragic shootings at Fort Hood, was that it would just end up being a bunch more psycho-babble about crazed killers and the need for gun control. That didn't prove to be the case, however, as it opened a very big can of worms that is going to be an issue that should receive the large amount of attention that it deserves. I'll just give you a hint, though, I think you'll agree that this is way more of a case than an Army Major "snapping."

Last, but not least, is the fantastic video that I included at the end, in my FAVORITE OF THE WEEK segment. It's almost a half hour long, but you should watch it all, and take notes if you have to. This video was also included in my other blog, and was a definite big hit. If you haven't seen it yet, I recommend seeing it here on this page, though, after you see all of the videos I've included on this page. It seems to tie them together - you know, as they say - it will help you to connect the dots that I provided to you last week!

In my words, was there a case of political correctness that prevented the red flags from being investigated? Should that be the way to fight a war against people that want to destroy this country?
