Last Week on TheREALjohnny2k: Overwhelming!

By John Kubicek (The REAL johnny2k)

February 6, 2010

It has been a month since I last wrote regarding videos that I've uploaded on youtube.com at my channel, TheREALjohnny2k. Just in case you didn't notice, I've uploaded a ton of videos. It's been a flurry of awesome educational news segments that will help you know more about what you NEED to know about. (Which is in sharp contrast to the way the MSM does news...)

It got to the point that I was spending ALL of my time working on uploading videos. It is a very trying and time-consuming process to do so. First, there are all of the hours I spend just watching and recording news. And then, out of all that I've seen and recorded, picking out a few segments to upload. It has been overwhelming for me to keep up with it all.

Of course, I'd love it if you saw every video upload I've done! However, I know that everyone has time limitations in their lives, and I am included in that group called "everyone." I realized that not only did I not have time to expound on every video that I upload, neither would you have that much time on your hands to be able to see every video I uploaded, even in just a week.

In fact, many people I know don't even have the time to read all of my blogs, either.

God only knows, I've been doing all I can to make sure people are aware of the things going on in this country - the USA - and also in this world. It's always been my hope to provide you with enough pieces of the puzzle where you can get an idea of what "the picture on the box" looks like.

I was looking for a viable solution to my dilemma, and think I've found it. Basically, I'm thinking that I need to keep on doing what I'm doing. But, doing a weekly broadcast of all my videos shouldn't be a part of the plan. It is way too overwhelming for both the readers of this blog, and myself.

You... that's right: YOU - can hopefully consume all of the information that you can, at your own pace. It would do no good for you, though, for me to overwhelm you with all that I can do.

And would I like you to see, or at least be aware, of all the videos I post? Of course! Being that the task of doing so may be too overwhelming for you, I'll try to expose you to just a few top-choice videos and blogs...

It's my hope that none of you would think this blog post is about me. Please know, I would go without sleep, if I could, to make sure you are informed. I would fail at being able to do that, though. I'm going to have to leave it up to your discretion to decide what you read or see of my work.

And speaking of overwhelming... As I had done in the past, I want to still tell you about what my cohorts have brought up lately. For example, on a new website founded by Andrew Brietbart, called BigJournalism.com, there's a video that you really need to see:

Do you see what I mean? There's no reason for me to just be feeding you with all that I've done on youtube or my blogs. In fact, much of what I want to do is make sure you see the best of the best. And I could never do that if I just spent all of our time doing "Last Week on TheREALjohnny2k," even if just once every week, or two weeks, or.... You get the picture.

It'll take everything I have in time, but I WILL still be doing my best to make sure you are aware of things that will help you connect the dots, and maybe even see the picture on the jigsaw puzzle box (Uh, more on that later...). You'll just have to make the decision to soak in what you can, and then - as FOX News says - YOU decide.

I must warn you, though, what you can find here on the new media can be a little on the overwhelming side. Just consume it like you were eating an elephant: one bite at a time.  In the mean time, I'll do my best not to feed you with more than you can chew, and more than I have time to provide.
